SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise see at checkout, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping

We offer delivery within Nairobi and nationwide in Kenya. For deliveries within Nairobi, we have a cash on delivery option or payment via our MPESA BUY GOODS AND SERVICES: 4134552, we also use pick up mtaani, where there is designated location you should pick your items .For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we offer MPESA payment prior to delivery only. We issue a tracking confirmation code and offer delivery services via the preferred courier service.

Express Delivery

Crown and Step offers express delivery from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 7:30pm.

We charge Ksh500 for deliveries outside Nairobi to other towns via third-party buses. However, this fee may change if the client opts for Wells Fargo. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and other factors such as road conditions and availability of transport.

Claims of Delivery

If your package hasn’t arrived, or if the tracking information indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us within one day to initiate a claim. Our team will guide you through the process of working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

It’s important to note that the claims procedure may take up to seven working days to finalize. Please be aware that Crown and Step cannot be held accountable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

We do not  provide refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your prompt communication in such situations.
