RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Crown and Step, our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy in place to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Returns
You may return the products within three (3) days from the date of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- The product should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must have its original packaging and tags intact.
- Your item should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the product for another style or size, you can do so within three (3) days of receiving the order. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and all tags are intact.
Refunds
We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Product Quality Claim
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact the support team, provide the order number and the payments details. We may conduct a production inspection to determine eligibility for replacement.
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return for your order:
Take a copy or photo of the order Receipt mark the product/s you wish to return.
Carefully pack the item/s in the original delivery package, making sure they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Ensure that all tags are intact.
Place the order Receipt inside the package and ensure that it is securely packed.
When our Rider /Delivery guy arrives, hand over the parcel to them.
Once we receive the returned items, we will initiate the exchange or refund process. Please note that it may take 1-3 working days for the exchange or refund amount to be credited back to your original payment source.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
