  • We offer delivery services within Nairobi using our delivery guy. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and usually take a few hours once the order is confirmed.
  • For orders outside Nairobi, we use third party couriers, e.g G4S, Pickup Mtaani, Wells Fargo, Easy Coach, and saccos to deliver
  • Price Vary according to location. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We charge kes200 – Ksh500 for deliveries outside Nairobi to other towns via third-party buses. However, this fee may change if the client opts for Wells Fargo.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and other factors such as road conditions and availability of transport.
  • When it comes to shoe sizing, we try to keep our sizes consistent. However, there are a number of factors that can affect the sizing of our shoes, including design and inner sole padding. As a result, we may switch the size ordered if we feel it may be the perfect fit.
  • For orders within Nairobi, our team may deliver two sizes for you to try

  • Yes, we allow changes to an order before delivery or exchanges of shoes after purchase within our return period of 4 days. However, the shoes must be unworn and in the same state as purchased.
